November seems to be a ripe month for challenges. Some people grow facial hair. Some people write many words daily hoping to come out with a novel on the other side. I’m sure there are five other such efforts that I’m not aware of.

I know it is anecdotal but I’m stymied by the number of people – mainly men in their 30s 40s and 50s are having or dying from heart attacks post pandemic is deeply unsettling. Another one today which follows another just a couple of days ago.
